OSCE unconstitutional and Judge Christopher Williams is a CRIMINAL.

As a citizen I contend that the child support arrears are illegitimate and de facto unconstitutional as they constitute a violation of equal treatment such that there is no Office of Child Visitation Enforcement. I also dispute the January 9th, 2012 ruling out of Sheridan court by Judge Christopher Williams as an unconstitutional and illegitimate proceeding. I further claim to any fellow citizen that Judge Christopher Williams is himself a criminal who should be placed under arrest and tried for his crimes against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.
